If leading on Enterprise Architecture activities that guide business models, people, process, organisational change, and investments is what you love to do, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

You’d be joining a global business, part of FTSE 100 group, that is investing significantly in their Enterprise Architecture to continue with their digital transformation strategy.

If you have extensive knowledge of business process improvement and transformation, you’ll be using your expertise to facilitate the construction of business models, business capabilities, functions, processes, and organisational design.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing a target operating model for the different value streams

• Leading business architectural reviews of new initiatives

• Assuring solutions meet business requirements

• Support the awareness of business architecture and it’s use across this global business.

Relevant qualifications and experience

This is a digital business investing significantly in technology innovations so you’ll need at least 5 – 7 years experience within IT, with at least 2 years in business process design. You’ll need to have knowledge of existing, new, and emerging technologies to use with new business designs and business models.

Strong analytical and conceptual skills, the ability to create original concepts and theories for a number of projects

You’ll be experienced in leading multi-disciplined, high-performing teams.

In-depth experience in business transformation and redesign methods (process re-engineering, Six Sigma, TQM) alongside comprehensive knowledge of Change Management.
