Are you a Business Change specialist with experience in leading the people side of change associated with product deliverables? If so, The Talent Movement is now recruiting for a Business Change Manager to work as part of a central PMO within a Product & Technology group.
The purpose of this role is to enable people-side of change through analysis, planning, presenting and successfully managing the impacts of our new software features/capabilities and associated processes. A significant part of the work will also be in playing a contributor role to the community of business change network across all business functions in a company that operates in over 23 cities globally.

What you will be doing:
- Closely partner with product management, architecture, engineering, and Business analyst teams to clearly articulate the change and its associated impact to various internal and external partners.
- Working closely with key partners across Product & Technology and wider business to map stakeholders, assess change impact and create targeted partner engagement plans, including interventions to handle resistance.
- Develop customer and colleague readiness plans and undertake assessments to establish whether impacted teams are prepared to adopt the new ways of working.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to have visibility of change impact across the value-stream.
- Identify and mitigate any risks and/or associated issues with the change management effort, reporting on these against change management plans.
- Create meaningful work for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, mentoring plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
- Remain current on change management techniques, practices, and methodologies.
If you have hands-on experience in leading change for large-scale technology-led initiatives and the ability to manage change for several concurrent initiatives then this could be the role you’ve been waiting for.
You’ll need to have sound knowledge of SDL, agile software development principles & practices, change management principles, methodologies and tools along with a Prosci change management certification.
The Package –
£55,000 -£65,000 basic and up to 10% annual bonus
You’ll have 25 days annual leave, Volunteering days annually, a day off for your birthday, lots of seasonal social and charitable events to be involved with and outstanding training and development.
